Leadership and work-life balance (the prologue)

So…I was working on a post for the blog just now on leadership and work-life balance. My wife asked what I was doing and I told her. She smiled. “Tell you what,” she said. “Here’s a one-line post for today. Tell your readers that seeing as it was Sunday and you’ve been working on the Colloquium night and day, you decided to take a break this afternoon.”
